All previously queued emails have now been sent and should appear as delivered in your system. All future emails will send without interruption. We’ll continue to monitor for stability, and everything is currently functioning as expected. To help prevent issues like this in the future, we’re also implementing additional safeguards to improve email reliability and system resilience. Thank you again for your patience and understanding! _______________________________________________________________________ 7/15 at 12:35 PM MT – Update We’ve identified the issue that caused email processing delays and delivery failures. Our engineering team has implemented a fix, and new emails are now sending normally. We’re continuing to monitor deliverability to ensure everything stays on track. As part of our resolution, we are working to automatically resend previously queued or bounced emails, which may take a few hours. Please note: This may include pre-inspection notifications or publishing confirmations that are no longer relevant to your clients. Update: 7/14 at 12:18pm MT Text messages sending from Spectora’s default phone number are now sending successfully again. We do have a temporary change on the default phone number until our original number has been restored. What You Need to Know: - Texting is fully restored moving forward. - Messages that failed during the outage will not be resent. - We’re putting additional systems in place to help prevent this kind of disruption in the future. - No action is needed on your end — everything should now work as expected.
