Issues viewing inspection data
This morning parts of our application were accessing a newly provisioned database that wasn’t up to date with our primary database. This caused users to receive out of date information regarding their inspections. The primary effect of this issue was not being able to view inspections using the Spectora mobile app due to the out of date database displaying that the reports of an inspection were not built.
The cause of the newly provisioned database being utilized prematurely has been found and safeguards will be put in place in the coming days in order to avoid this type of issue in the future.
