Database slowdown

We have resolved the issue, though some minor slowdown may still be present for the next hour.

We are currently experiencing database slowdown that is causing some issues with loading/saving in the template editor and report writer, as well as delays in generating PDFs. General system slowdown may also result intermittently. We are investigating the issue and hope to resolve it shortly.
