Service Web Platform seems to be down

Service is back up.

We have located the issue. Currently, our hosting provider (Heroku) is experiencing internal issues, and they are working to resolve those.

We will update our status as Heroku progress towards a solution.

According to our monitoring system this service has become unresponsive, we’re investigating.
