The issue impacting email delivery has been fully resolved. All previously queued emails have now been sent and should appear as delivered in your system.
All future emails will send without interruption. We’ll continue to monitor for stability, and everything is currently functioning as expected.
To help prevent issues like this in the future, we’re also implementing additional safeguards to improve email reliability and system resilience.

We’ve identified the issue that caused email processing delays and delivery failures. Our engineering team has implemented a fix, and new emails are now sending normally. We’re continuing to monitor deliverability to ensure everything stays on track.
As part of our resolution, we are working to automatically resend previously queued or bounced emails, which may take a few hours.
Please note: This may include pre-inspection notifications or publishing confirmations that are no longer relevant to your clients. We recommend reviewing your communications and proactively reaching out to your clients if any clarification is needed.

We’re currently investigating an issue causing some emails to get stuck in the “processing” state. Our team is actively working to identify the root cause and implement a fix as quickly as possible.
