A provider outage is impacting parts of the Spectora platform. Here’s what we know:
- Automations (Actions): Some are not triggering — especially time-based or delayed ones. Manual-triggered actions appear to still work.
- V9 Media: Photos/videos may appear broken or missing. Fix: Re-add them using the web editor.
- Support Chat: Still available, but may be slow to load. Our team is actively responding.
- Possible Impact to HomeBinder: We’re investigating possible issues sending reports.
